RCL Royland is committed to supporting communities and charities. It is how the company has operated since it was founded and will continue to operate in the future.

RCL’s corporate social responsibility extends into the community in a number of different ways. RCL is active in its support for local sports teams and participate in charitable events, including the Virgin Money London Marathon, A J Bell London Triathlon and British Heart Foundation London to Brighton Bike Ride.

Within the construction industry RCL continues to actively support the Lighthouse Club, who provide financial and emotional support to the construction community and their families. RCL also remains a major provider and supporter of education and training initiatives, including work experience and apprenticeship schemes.
